Do these Blueberry Chia Muffins Freeze Well?

Yes, they do! I would place a few in the refrigerator the night before serving these for breakfast so that they can thaw in time.

Can I use any other milk besides regular milk?

You can! You can make equal measurement substitutions for either almond milk or coconut milk.

Can I use frozen blueberries in these Blueberry Chia Muffins?

You may, but I prefer using fresh blueberries only because the purplish blue coloring starts to spread in the batter when the blueberries thaw.fresh blueberries in chia seed muffins

Can I use this batter to make this Blueberry Oats Chia Bread instead?

Yes! The only difference will be a longer baking time. I like using these mini loaf pans to share loaves with friends, or if you prefer larger loaves, this loaf pan works great.
