Can I use wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour to make these Peanut Butter and Nutella Cookies?

You could, but this changes the flavor profile considerably.

It’s like eating white bread and wheat bread. There’s a noticeable difference, but you can switch out if you enjoy wheat flour cookies.

Can I use applesauce or yogurt instead of butter?

While this is a healthier substitute, the texture of the cookie would be more dense and spongy.

If this doesn’t bother you, go for it!

All set to bake but forgot to put out my butter! How can I soften it quickly?

Here’s a popular hack!

Fill a drinking glass or large glass measuring pitcher with hot water. Empty out the water and place the stick of butter on a wooden tray or glass plate. Invert and place the pitcher over the butter.

In less than 5 minutes, your butter should soften for use!

Can I freeze the cookie dough to make fresh Peanut Butter and Nutella cookies later?

You sure can!

When freezing cookie dough, place it in a freezer-safe bag before freezing.

To use again, leave the frozen cookie dough out to thaw completely before use.
