How could I forget all my daughter’s and son’s firsts? All those special moments, celebratory milestones and wonderful memories seem so fresh in my mind, even today.
When I look back on some of the firsts, my children’s first baths definitely stand out.
Both underwent the traditional oil massage prior to the their baths and while the former was enjoyed thoroughly, the first few splashes of warm water on their tiny bodies were anything but welcome.
I still remember capturing that moment when my little man stuffed his fist in his mouth to soothe himself from the whole experience
and how swaddling him after the bath and nursing him to sleep after it all, brought so much comfort and I guess, in a way, relief that it was all finally over!
Several days later, the distaste for baths slowly wore off and both my little ones would become little water babies, enjoying every moment of bath-time.
I can’t believe we’re now preparing ourselves to welcome our third blessing into our lives, in just a mere two months time. And again, be honored to witness many firsts in this precious one’s life.
What a blessing it is to be a parent…to have the honor of being in the forefront of a child’s cheering committee!

Celebrating baby’s firsts with Pampers
Over the years, Pampers has joined parents as they celebrated baby’s firsts. Pampers Swaddlers has kept baby dry and warm as he gave Mom and Dad his first smile or even when she rolled over for the first time.
And now, to ensure they don’t miss out on the growing phases, Pampers has now extended the Swaddlers line to include diapers upto size 5.
To celebrate this extension, Pampers has kicked off a 30 days sweepstakes on their Facebook page with bundle prize packs each day and a Grand Prize winnings of a one year supply of Pampers diapers and wipes in the form of 71 free product pack coupons each!

I am waiting for my first grandchild to be born. Im ready to celebrate!
There are so many great moments, but I was impressed with my daughter’s first roll!
I was able to catch the first time my daughter rolled over and it brought tears to my eyes. Such a special moment and a wonderful memory to have captured on film.
After an emergency c-section my son was in the NICU for several days. I longed to hold and touch him and let him know I was there for him but the days seemed to go on forever until one blessed morning they took the feeding tube out and allowed us to hold him. I’ll never forget that feeling. I was anxious to nurse and he latched right on. The first time I held and fed my son, and the pure joy it brought me, will forever burn in my heart as my most favorite “first.”
The first giggle:)
