Wise words from Dayna Steele…

Dayna Steele-Disney Social Media Moms 2013

 .

  1. Believe in your gifts, your dreams…you! Be passionate…and find those people who love what you do.
  2. Find a connection with your readers. Use “you”, not “I” or “them” when addressing a post/article. Everything you write should be written as if you’re writing to your best friend. Be personal!
  3. Take advantage of every opportunity you have to grow your network. Form relationships. You never know where a relationship will take you.
  4. Never stop learning. Do you research and read! Learn something about anything you have never read or heard of before.
  5. Do things for other people. Share information without expecting anything in return.
  6. Show appreciation. Never forget to say thank you!
  7. Wow the customer/reader. Be better than anyone else. Don’t just be good enough. Do a little more. Do whatever it takes to make an impression.
