Last week I was offered a really cool opportunity to take my family to see the Imagination Movers in concert.

When Marina reached out to me and we realized that we could make all the details work, I was ecstatic!

My oldest, Addison, has been watching the Movers  since she was a little bitty thing so I knew that she and James would be over the moon excited to go to the show, plus the timing couldn’t have been better since Addison’s birthday was on Tuesday!

My husband and I decided to keep our plans for the day a secret right up until we sat down in our seats!

Addison finally figured out what was going on!

The faces of two very happy kiddos!

The Movers came out and got right down to it!

The show was so high energy!

Here is a video clip of their opening number:

We were all really impressed with the show. Not only did we have amazing seats right in front of the stage, but the movers – Rich, Smitty, Dave and Scott – kept coming into the audience and interacting with all of the kids.

See for yourself:

There was a Mover in the audience almost the entire show which I really loved. Addison only wanted to high five Mover Dave (and she did!) but James was up for whatever and he got a high five from Mover Scott!

While the show is obviously for the young folks, The Imagination Movers did an awesome job of keeping parents entertained as well.

My husband wasn’t thrilled about missing the Texans game to come to the show but even he cracked a few smiles!

.

The Movers were cracking jokes and were even singing songs that Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles, etc. were enjoying!

I won’t lie, I sang along!

They even did a “drum off!” Check it out!

The Imagination Movers still have several stops on their Rock-O-Matic Tour.

You can go here to see if they are coming to a city near you.

We truly had a blast!
