World Vision 

with

Giving Christmas Away 

(November 14-21)

Over two months ago, God placed a “nugget” in my heart. I was reminded of how much my children have been blessed and that there are children who don’t even have the bare necessities to their name.

It felt like God was asking…

“Will you be My Hands and Feet ?”

Slowly He brought all the pieces together.

Angie over at My Four Monkeys shared in the Event’s vision and together we decided that it was time to do our biggest GIVE-AWAY this Christmas.

We agreed that the World Vision was an organization we both felt strongly about and when we bounced off our thoughts on them, they jumped on board in a heart-beat.

God was on the MOVE!

Why is this Event different?..

All the toys you see featured in the Event will be donated to our local World Vision chapters and to our local church charity/home for abused children.

Starting today, we are encouraging everyone to donate to one or both of these worthy World Vision causes…

(Remember, no donation is too small. Every dollar counts!)

What’s an Event like without prizes?

Marina is a grateful, South Texas-based mom of two daughters and a son (an 18-year-old, 13-year-old and 10-year-old). Her husband, of 22 years, is her best friend and biggest cheerleader. The family loves soccer, basketball, their sweet rescue pup Jingle, good food and traveling!

What tides her through each day? A hot cup of cardamom chai, God's Faithfulness and Philippians 4:13!

    I do Toys for Tots (anyplace you can give is a good place) because it is near and dear to my own heart.

    Anytime we can give of ourselves we are enriching not only someone elses life, but our own. Christmas is truly about giving….

    1. and I will be there to help with bells on- keeping my eyes peeled for the newsletter announcing when it begins!

  3. I tried to grab the Giving Christmas Away button for my blog, but it doesn’t show when I paste in the code. Maybe there’s something missing?? I’ll try back.

  4. This is so nice of you I know that being a foster parent our agency has a hard time even finding sponsors to give to the foster children placed within our homes so the blessings you are giving are bringing joy to a few children and it is something they will not forget!

  30. What a beautiful Giveaway!Thank you! What we may think of as very little, can mean so much to an underprivileged Child!! Part of our Thanksgiving celebration is that my kids go thru their toys, and choose some for donating to our City Rescue Mission. They distribute gently used toys, in a Christmas program they have.
