The Giving Christmas Away Event was by far one of my most rewarding and humbling experiences as a blogger.

The generous overflow from our sponsors for the Giveaway Event AND to bless children under the World Vision children’s program and local shelter for abused children was put it very simply mind blowing.

 

Yes! The Brands we love sponsored two sets of all the toys shown (and more that arrived later). 1 set was donated to the children and the other divided and sent out to the respective winners.

During the Event we encouraged you, our readers to bless on these children with your financial gifts and yes a few Sponsors also sent in their monetary donations in support.

 

It has taken a while to get all the figures but we’ve finally received this email from the World Vision USA office…

Marina is a grateful, South Texas-based mom of two daughters and a son (an 18-year-old, 13-year-old and 10-year-old). Her husband, of 22 years, is her best friend and biggest cheerleader. The family loves soccer, basketball, their sweet rescue pup Jingle, good food and traveling!

What tides her through each day? A hot cup of cardamom chai, God's Faithfulness and Philippians 4:13!
