Instructions
Preheat grill to medium‑high.
Mix soy sauce with ground chicken and form into 4 patties.
Grill 4 minutes per side or until temperature reaches 165°F.
Meanwhile, grill pineapple rings 2 to 3 minutes per side until caramelized.
To make slaw, combine broccoli slaw with Sriracha sauce and rice wine vinegar.
To build burger, place pineapple ring on bottom bun and top with chicken patty, slaw and other half of bun.
