In a pan, pour the water and boil the ginger, cinnamon, peppercorns and cloves on a low flame for 15-20 minutes. {If you can grind all the ingredients, (minus the water)the juice from the ginger, cloves and pepper will mix better.}

The color of the water should darken and the water should reduce to about 1 cup.

Set aside and once cool, squeeze a lemon, take a tsp of the juice, mix with a tsp of honey and a tbsp of the concoction. Have this mixture at least every 3-4 hours for 1-2 days and see the difference! (You can also dilute the concoction with water and serve it with lemon juice and honey like a brewed tea.)
