  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp hot chocolate powder optional or 1 tbsp honey (to sweeten the smoothie, optional)


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.Serve cold
